Michale was born and raised in a military family and still lives in her hometown of Virginia Beach. She is passionate about cultivating relationships and helping business owners in her own community. Michale was honored to be part of a major project in which BayPort provided funding for a local nonprofit to purchase a building for a local women’s shelter in Newport News. Michale holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.
