Pamela’s 25-year journey has been shaped by her strong background in client relations, service excellence, and financial operations. She earned her Bachelor of Law from San Pedro University Chimbote in Peru, where she began her career in account management and collections. After moving to the U.S., she joined Langley Federal Credit Union, rising quickly in her roles. Pamela joined BayPort in 2021 and advanced to assistant branch manager at Grafton and Denbigh. Now, as branch manager at Gloucester Courthouse, she’s committed to members’ financial well-being. “BayPort values relationships, not just transactions,” says Pamela. “Once, I helped a member seeking a vehicle loan with a shocking 150% rate. I encouraged him to apply here, added supportive notes, and he was approved at 18%! It reminded me how important it is to truly listen and advocate for our members.”
